25 Pics. Wonderful Vienna. The giant Ferris wheel built in 1897, at the Prater fun fair, and the setting for the old 1949 movie “The Third Man”. Excellent dining and gardens, and beer gardens, and magnificent coffee in the side-walk cafes. The horses of the Spanish Riding School and the horses and carriages in the streets.
