A side-trip to the Rila Mountains and the Rila Monastery. Storks of Kocherinovo return each year to nest on chimneys. Big night out at the Vodenitzata (Watermill) Restaurant back in Sofia, complete with fire-walkers. Then Eastwards on the road to Turkey taken by the Romans, Crusaders and others. Part of the Insight Vacations Vienna to Istanbul “Eastern Discovery” tour.
