Greek Islands Mykonos on, June 2011

The Greek Isles were a lovely change from Istanbul as we cruised up the narrow strait between Greece and Turkey stopping on Greek islands like Mykonos and Patmos, and Kusadasi in remote Turkey. It was a decadent week of overeating on the ship with dancing and relaxing into the night, but burning the candle at both ends by getting up early to do the 7am tours ashore. The group tours had first priority on the tenders ashore, thus our early risings. Aboard the “Louis Cristal”, an optional extension to the Insight Vacations “Eastern Discovery” tour.
